Markus SCHNITTKER
Founding Partner
Markus spent more than 25 years providing consulting and implementation services to various industries: implementing state-of-the-art software solutions and driving major projects on the management level.
This allowed him to built up and develop an extensive know-how in various industries and areas.
Prior to being fully dedicated to SCS leadership, he was heading up business for 2 major international Software Quality Companies in the Swiss Market and was working as Management Consultant for a major International Consultancy specialized in Banking and Insurance.
Markus likes to start his working day very early in the morning with a well-balanced breakfast accompanied by classical or opera music.
For him it is fundamental to combine work and pleasure with all his collaborators part of SCS team
His motto: “Work Hard Play Hard”.
Vincent LOVATO
Advisor
Vincent is a serial sales leader with more than 25 years of successful track record in selling Banking Software in Switzerland & abroad and closing very large deals above 1 bn CHF revenue as individual and as a team leader over the past 15 years. He’s one of the best expert in BpaaS for banks.
If you don’t meet Vincent on the ski slopes practicing Telemark or snorkelling under the tropics, you will see him drawing.
Indeed, Vincent is also a prolific Self-taught designer & Architect “the one who learned to learn” about architecture and design, fairly dexterous, prolific in ideas, with a very good understanding of the technical characteristics of the materials, he gives free rein to his creativity, overturning codes, making the impossible possible…

Multi-skilled engineer, with more than 10 years of experience including 7 years in the banking industry.
Senda is both experienced and operational in software development, test and validation and business processes.
Simon YECOUROUN
IT & Banking Business Analyst
Simon is a highly experienced technical and functional banking consultant.
He is specialized in banking process reviews and the AVALOQ solution.
He’s part of SCS since 2013
Audrey DUMAS
ICT Communication & Recruitment Officer
Since she joined SCS team in 2019, she supervises internal, external communication and recruitment. As accomplished consultant, she is as well supporting sales and pre-sales.
Prior to her engagement with SCS she has worked for more than 17 years in the telecommunications, IT and HR consulting sectors.
Yohan DRAI
ICT & Project Manager
Yohan is an IT consultant with extensive technical expertise in SQL, ASP.NET, C#.
He is also a seasoned project manager who has a good understanding of the banking business
Since he joined SCS team, he made some successful projects!
Sébastien GILLOT
Head of Quality and Financial Services
Since the introduction of Lean Six Sigma in Finance, Sébastien has been leading financial LSS market offers in Luxembourg and Switzerland, managing operational excellence projects, delivering training and certifications to consultants or clients, animating the offer within the press and decision circles (ISSSP, Afnor…).
Combining process knowledge with banking expertise (PMS, OMS, Corporate action, Fiduciary, stock exchange, settlement, SWIFT, e-banking..), he is working on core banking implementation and testing.
